If you have an account with Triton Animal Supplies, we have migrated your account information so you do not need to fill out an application. If you have not received your invitation for the Connect Fulfillment website, please email sales@connectfulfillment.com or contact your rep and we will get you access right away.

If you do not have an account with Triton, or have not ordered from Triton or Connect Fulfillment in the past three years, please fill out the Wholesale Retailer Application found at the button above.

If I already have a Triton account, do I need to apply for Connect Fulfillment?

The answer here is no! If you have an account with Triton Animal Supplies and have placed at least 1 order int he past 3 years, your account will be migrated over to Connect Fulfillment. If you did not have an account with Triton Animal Supplies or have not placed at least 1 order in the past 3 years, you will need to apply by clicking here

How do I access my Connect Fulfillment account?

We are sending invitations to the Connect Fulfillment website to all Triton customers that have placed an order in the past 3 years. If you have not seen it yet, please email sales@connectfulfillment.com and we will get it to you ASAP. 

When will the Triton catalog of products be available via Connect Fulfillment?

This transition is set to take affect on September 1, 2025.

What can I expect to see in terms of improvements?

We are committed to improving on Triton's fulfillment rate as well as shipping times. Connect Fulfillment and Furever Pure have an excellent reputation for high fulfillment rates and quick turn around times so we will be applying the same operational principles to all of the new business. Fulfillment rate improvements rely heavily on a new buying mandate and our vendor's ability to asisist us in increasing our inventory levels so with this understanding, our realistic timeline is that you can expect gradual increases over the 3-6 months following the Sept 1, 2025 merger.
How are order minimums impacted by this merger?

Immediately following the merger, we will be decreasing all shipping minimums down by roughly 10%. Here is what this looks like:

  • $550 minimum drops to $500
  • $650 minimum drops to $600
  • $750 minimums drop to $675
  • $900 minimums drop to $800
  • $1,000 minimums drop to $900

Contact your reps for more information or to discuss exceptions if you are a new customer.
Who do I contact regarding my Connect Fulfillment account?

We are happy to announce that your rep contact remains the same as it was prior to the merger. The only difference is that your rep's email address is changing from @tritonanimal.com to @connectfulfillment.com
